Are you new to the Westfield area? Looking to connect with others in our community?
Want to participate in fun social events, pursue new or existing interests or just get involved?
Since 1944, the Westfield Newcomers Club has served as a vehicle for new residents to get to know one another and feel at home in their new town. A non-profit volunteer organization for women and their families, the club also welcomes those who have had a recent lifestyle change, such as marriage, adoption, birth of a child, etc. - you don’t have to be new in town to join Newcomers!
Monthly Newcomers Happenings
Women's Dinners - Join us to check out a different local restaurant each month while meeting new people and enjoying a weeknight out!
Activities - Learn something new every month! We have events such as cooking classes, jewelry making, spa night and other things to learn, make or do.
Children’s Activities - Your children are new to Westfield too! We offer age-based play groups, field trips, and seasonal holiday parties to help them meet other kids and to have fun.
Social Activities - Bring your husband or significant other to a Saturday night social event for adults. Some past events have included wine tastings, holiday parties, our Fall BBQ, Casino Night and Oktoberfest.
Book Group - Read a new book every month and come discuss it in our very informal monthly meetings. We always love to have new faces and new ideas!
Newsletter - We keep you up to date with a monthly newsletter full of all the happenings in the Club.
Membership Events - All new residents of the Town should receive an invitation to one of our Prospective Member Open Houses, held three times a year. If we missed you, or if you were unable to make it in the past, call us to find out when the next one is!
