Who We Are The Optimist Club of Westfield is a not-for-profit service club composed of men and women who live or work in the Westfield area. Members conduct service projects that benefit youth and community. Chartered in 1989 as a chapter of Optimist International, we are dedicated to being a “Friend of Youth”.
