Summer Program

8 WEEKS OF "FUN IN THE SUN"

In addition to STEP, the WNC offers an augmented 8-week summer program for children ages 6-13.

The WNC serves as a playground site for the Westfield Recreation Commission Summer Program. In addition to the activities provided by the Recreation Commission, the WNC augments the Summer program by:

providing a snack and lunch meal every day
providing bus transportation to the Memorial Pool
sponsoring weekly field trips

The involvement of parents in fundraising efforts helps cover the costs of the Summer Program. In addition, the WNC Board of Trustees provides funding as well.
