Our procedure for hiring new professional staff begins with the screening of applications and may involve a series of interviews with final candidates scheduled to teach a demonstration lesson. Only a select number of applicants are invited for interviews. Our goal is to hire the best, most qualified staff for our students.

We recognize that this procedure may result in a more prolonged and deliberate process than in some other districts. Our hiring procedure has been most effective for our school district in providing highly successfully professional staff.
